Residential Engineering
Residential Engineering requires a varied and broad skill set. A major motivation for us is Energy Efficiency. There are many motivations to improve energy efficiency, for the environment and also financial savings within the home. We decided we wanted to extend our knowledge further, to an International level. We visited Countries such as Austria, Germany and Canada where the housing is so diverse from one country to the next. We did this because we wanted to provide our Customers with the best cost effective service as reducing energy use reduces energy costs. Energy efficiency has proved to be a cost-effective strategy in both the Home and Commercial Buildings.
We have extensive experience of air tightness detailing having worked on a number of Passivhaus builds. We have achieved air tightness results of 0.3 Air changes per hour which is 50% of the desired criteria for a Passive House.

Commercial Engineering
Commercial Engineering is a broad area and requires a diverse knowledge set. Our experiences in Commercial Engineering projects range in size and complexity with no job too big or too small. Our highly experienced and skilled team of Engineers understand the needs and concerns of our customers in this ever changing and exciting industry.
We are involved principally in Civil and Structural Engineering work, together with associated Project Management. We provide a complete service for the planning, design and supervision of the construction of all types of Commercial Developments, Industrial Estates, Housing Estates, Warehouses, Sewerage Schemes and General Site Development Works.
